Depression

Depression comes in many forms. It is common to feel fed up and miserable from time to time, however sufferers of depression often experience intense and unshakable sadness.

Emotional symptoms of depression may include:

Persistent feelings of

– sadness

– anxiety

– suicidal thoughts

– fatigue, lethargy and low energy levels

– reduced sex drive

– sleep problems such as insomnia and excessive sleeping and waking too early

– irritability, restlessness

– feelings of worthlessness, helplessness, guilt, pessimism, loneliness and isolation
