COACHING

Coaching is a powerful method of facilitating change and supporting individuals or teams to help them reach their full potential. It helps you to focus on specific personal or professional goals, or on other areas of life.  Working with a coach can assist you to move from where you are now to where you would like to be.

In the past coaching was mainly for directors and senior management.  Nowadays it is more widely available as a powerful professional and personal tool.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a form of deep and pleasant relaxation (not sleep) and can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviours or problems and to suggest new more helpful strategies and behaviours.

Hypnosis is a natural and safe state.  We each go in to and out of trance states every day. During hypnotherapy you are more open to helpful and positive suggestions however you always maintain control.

NLP®

NLP® is ‘what it says on the tin’ – re-programming the mind and learning to run our own brains. People learn things very easily, including negative behaviours and limiting beliefs. Thoughts and behaviours become automatic as we repeat them. The NLP® techniques can be applied in so many areas of life including improved communications, relationships, dealing with change, personal improvement and development, overcoming problems, the list goes on. NLP® can help you to ‘unlearn’, or reprogram, certain unhelpful habits and behaviours. A sort of personal software upgrade!
